Junior Achievement Has the Golden Ticket for Pittsburgh Sports Fans
"It's the ultimate Pittsburgh sports package," says Dennis Gilfoyle, president of Junior Achievement of Western Pennsylvania.
Junior Achievement of Western Pennsylvania, an organization dedicated to inspiring and preparing young people to succeed in a global economy, is sponsoring a raffle where the prize is a grown-up version of the "Golden Ticket."
Junior Achievement has assembled an extraordinary prize for Pittsburgh sports fans. The winner of this fundraiser — determined by the Pennsylvania Lottery's evening Big 4 number on Sept. 1 — will receive a pair of tickets to each of the following attractions (except where noted):
- Pittsburgh Steelers (full season of home games)
- Pittsburgh Penguins (full season of home games)
- Duquesne University men's basketball (full season of home games)
- University of Pittsburgh football (full season of home games)
- University of Pittsburgh men's basketball (full season of home games)
- Penn State University football (FOUR tickets for a full season of home games)
- 2011-12 NCAA Division I men's basketball championships (second and third rounds, CONSOL Energy Center)

Raffle tickets will be sold by Junior Achievement through Aug. 31 for $50 each.
Each ticket has four 4-digit numbers, meaning that every ticketholder has four chances to win. A limited number of tickets will be sold. They can be ordered via the Junior Achievement website at www.jawesternpa.org or by calling the Junior Achievement office at 412-208-4747.

Junior Achievement provides in-school and after-school programs that focus on three key content areas for students: work readiness, entrepreneurship and financial literacy. Junior Achievement reaches more than 61,000 students in Western Pennsylvania through approximately 3,000 local volunteers.
