Police Charge Man with Terroristic Threats

Moon Police made these arrests in the township. Each incident reflects police records and is not an indication of guilt.

  • Curtis Mathew Matheny, 28, of Aliquippa, was charged June 10 with retaliation against a witness or victim, making terroristic threats, criminal mischief and theft by unlawful taking. The time and location of his arrest were unavailable.

  • Justin Christian Kiliany, 20, of Union Township, was charged with possession of marijuana at 2 a.m. June 10 at the Holiday Inn on University Boulevard.

  • Lawrence Jerome Heil-Mealy, 29, of Texas, was charged with public drunkenness and driving under the influence of alcohol at midnight June 22 at Sea Shell Bar & Grill on Beaver Grade Road.

  • Dennis Darnell Pridgen, 37, of Moon, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana at 3 a.m. June 18 on Thorn Run Road.

  • Natalia Dandrea, 27, of Imperial, was charged with possession of a controlled substance and retail theft at 3 p.m. May 24 at the Super Kmart on Marketplace Boulevard

  • Amanda Marie Monroe, 21, of Neville Island, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and careless driving at 2 a.m. June 24 in the 1200 block of Maple Street Extension. Police said Monroe was transported to an area hospital with minor injuries after crashing her vehicle into a telephone pole on the street.
