Moon Police Make Alcohol-Related Arrests

Moon Police made the following recent arrests in the township. Each incident reflects police records and is not an indication of guilt.

• Jeremiah J. Madden, 24, of Moon, was charged with one count of aggravated assault and public drunkeness on April 15. Police said Madden injured a woman with a broken glass bottle while she tried to break up a fight between him and another man. The woman was not hospitalized after the attack. Madden was taken to the Allegheny County Jail after the incident. The time of the arrest was not available. 

• Scott Jeffrey Lewis, 44, of Aliquippa, was charged with public drunkennes at 11 p.m. April 15 on Brodhead Road. 

• Jessica Leigh Cooper, 30, of Moon, was charged with public drunkenness at 2:30 p.m. April 15 on University Boulevard outside of Giant Eagle. 

• Lois Jean Dydek, 60, of Moon, was charged with two counts of driving under the influence of alcohol at 12:45 a.m. April 15 on Cherrington Parkway.

• Thomas Sterling Euston, 62, of Moon, was charged with two counts of driving under the influence of alcohol at 7 p.m. April 16 on Brodhead Road. 

• Caroline P. Schneider, 23, of Moon, was charged with two counts of driving under the influence of alcohol at 3:30 a.m. April 3 at the intersection of Beaver Grade and Thorn Run roads.
