Moon Firefighters Pull Patient from Sliding Ambulance

No injuries are reported in the Boggs School Road incident.

Moon Township volunteer firefighters removed a driver and patient from an ambulance Sunday night after the vehicle slid off Boggs School Road.

A Valley Ambulance vehicle, which was transporting a patient just after 7 p.m. from Green Valley Personal Care home on Boggs School Road, was in danger of sliding down a hillside on the roadway, said a Moon Police dipatcher.

Crews helped a patient and ambulance driver from the vehicle before pulling it back to the roadway.
