Arrests Made for Theft by Deception, DUI

made these recent arrests and responded to these recent incidents in the township. Each item is a reflection of police records and does not indicate guilt or a conviction. 

  • Tyrone Anthony Johnson, 46, of New Brighton, was charged with driving under the influence of a controlled substance and driving with a suspended license at 11:30 p.m. March 3 on Market Place Boulevard. 
  • A theft of items in a vehicle was reported Wednesday on the 100 block of Roberts Drive. Police said a suspect entered an unlocked vehicle and stole a laptop computer. 
  • David L. Lancos, 56, of Kittanning, was charged with four counts of theft by deception at 4 p.m. Feb. 25. Police said Lancos charged a Moon Township client with more than $9,000 in fees since October 2011 but did not perform services or agree to refund the money.
  • Murod Musayevi Kambarov, 26, of Pittsburgh, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol at 1 a.m. Feb. 26 on Beaver Grade Road. 
  • Ryan Ciaron Cooper, 37, of Moon, was charged with two counts of driving under the influence of a controlled substance at 2:30 a.m. Feb. 25 as a part of patrols that the West Hills DUI Task Force conducted. 
  • Rosario Charles Mascellino, 32, of Imperial, was charged with two counts of driving under the influence of alcohol and driving without a license Feb. 25 as a part of patrols that the West Hills DUI Task Force conducted.
