Man charged with Waterford Landing burglary to face hearing

Last week, Moon Police charged 57-year-old Richard Jugovich, of Moon, with using his maintenance-staff keys to enter apartments at Waterford Landing, stealing Vicodin and other prescription medications from residents.
He is scheduled to face a preliminary hearing Tuesday in Coraopolis District Court.
