The surveillance video shows Linwood cutting tags and security devices from the items in the store's clothing section after his sister and niece left the store. He is then seen leaving the store with the merchandise and placing it into the back of a dark SUV, according to a police report.

Police traced the license plate of the vehicle to its owner, Linwood's sister. Linwood turned himself into police earlier this week and said his sister not aware of the theft as it was happening.
