Update: Robinson, Moon Under Flash Flood Watch

A flood watch has also been issued.

The National Weather Service has lifted the tornado watch for most of western Pennsylvania, including Robinson and Moon, as the ongoing severe weather continued moving east from the Ohio Valley into the Mid-Atlantic.

A flash flood watch remains in effect through 6 p.m. Thursday, June 13.

Two rounds of heavy thunderstorms are expected by Thursday afternoon.

Here's the latest forecast:

  • Thursday: Showers and thunderstorms before 3 p.m., then showers likely. Some of the storms could produce heavy rain. High near 74. Southwest wind 11 to 13 mph becoming northwest in the afternoon. Winds could gust as high as 25 mph. Chance of precipitation is 90 percent. New rainfall amounts between 1 and 2 inches possible.
  • Tonight: A slight chance of showers before midnight. Mostly cloudy, with a low around 54. Northwest wind 8 to 17 mph. Chance of precipitation is 20%.
  • Friday: A slight chance of showers. Partly sunny, with a high near 71. Northwest wind 8 to 11 mph. Chance of precipitation is 20 percent.
