Sandy Costantino, Neighbor

Sandy Costantino has been the president of the Baldwin-Whitehall Council of PTA since 2009.

In the past, Costantino has been the president of the W.R. Paynter Elementary School PTA and the J.E. Harrison Middle School PTSA. She has been a resident of Baldwin Borough since 1995.

The Baldwin-Whitehall Council of PTA meets on the first Thursday of every month that Baldwin-Whitehall School District students are in school. For the 2011-12 school year, meetings are being held in Room 322 of Baldwin High School, starting at 9:30 a.m. Volunteers are welcome!

Baldwin-Whitehall's superintendent regularly attends PTA meetings to offer updates of happenings in the public schools. The superintendent will also answer parents' questions about their children's education.

Costantino is the mother of five children. She has been involved with the PTA since her now-25 year old was in the fourth grade.

Costantino is actively involved in her church—Saint Albert the Great Catholic Parish—as a Ladies of Charity member and a Eucharistic minister. She also volunteers at the Baldwin Food Pantry once every month.
