ReplyLots of good guesses today—including some correct ones!
The construction is located in the Village of Cranberry Woods, which will be home to more retail shop and restaurants, and potentially a UPMC/Pen sports complex.
Specifically, this construction is for the Home2 Suites by Hilton, a four story, 79 room extended stay hotel with a "hip" look.
The hotel will feature all suites, with a small breakfast area in each room.

I checked online court records today and it showed Mr. Klein was held for court April 10 and is scheduled to appear in sex offender court before Judge Jill Rangos on June 6.
