I am, as well as others, concerned about Moon Township's future, especially its health, safety and welfare. Within those three words our officials need to address traffic, noise, environment, and livability. 

Ten years ago, this community, and its citizens, engaged in a lengthy comprehensive plan process. It cost us around $200K. 

It created an overlay district in the center of town, and was laid out to enhance our community; yet, it has not been followed. For one reason, teeth were not given to the plan through tighter ordinances.

Our town was never designed for the build-out that has occurred, and as a result the traffic has become a problem for those who live in the center of Moon Township.

There are solutions. It is time to create them.
