Pair Charged with Stealing TV from Kmart

Moon Police said two men who stole a television from Kmart on Market Place Boulevard returned to the store's grounds just one day after the theft. Police said Jonathan Adam Barger, 22, of Imperial, and Clifford George Yoders, 31, of Clinton, stole a television valued at $349.99 from Super Kmart Jan. 14 and sold it to an unidentified person. Yoders was charged Jan. 15 with receiving stolen property, criminal conspiracy, driving with a suspended license and being a defiant trespasser.
