Owner Eric Wroblewski describes it as a unique fusion. It's a car wash where dog owners can also bathe their pets and grab a cup of coffee, too. And today, Moon Flight Car and Dog Wash, located on the corner of University Boulevard and Stoops Ferry Road, will officially open its doors. The business was originally slated to open earlier this month. "We feel it's one of the most unique businesses you can find around here," Wroblewski said. "You can stop in and wash your car but also wash your dog as well." The car and dog wash is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week. A new Moon business will serve as a hybrid car wash and coffee shop.
Eric Wroblewski said it will be the first business of its kind in Allegheny County: A car and dog wash paired with a drive-through coffee shop. "Basically, it's very unique," Wroblewski said. "We're giving the public a chance to wash their car and wash their dogs on the same property." Wroblewski and his brother Scott Wroblewski are preparing to open Moon Flight, a University Boulevard business that will feature five car washing stations and two dog-grooming stations alongside a drive-through coffee service.
