New Town Home Neighborhood Planned for Hookstown Grade Road
Developers hope to begin work on the project this spring.
Developers plan to construct a cluster of adjoined town homes along Hookstown Grade Road in Moon Township. Called "Noble Woods," the development will consist of 10 buildings divided into 40 single-family units. Frank Zappala, of First City Company, said his firm will request approval from the Moon Township Board of Supervisors on Feb 6. for the project's final land development and subdivision plan. The township's planning commission approved the development during its December meeting, said Moon Planning Director Adam McGurk. Zappala said if supervisors grant approval for the project, crews will begin work on the development in April. "And we'll be looking at getting roads paved by July," he said.
