Accused Burglar Says 'Sorry, Man' After Entering Moon Apartment

A Monroeville man who Moon Police charged with burglary said he was "looking for a friend" when he stumbled into a woman's apartment at 3:30 a.m. one morning. Police said 20-year-old Joseph Douglas Stoberski walked into a woman's Kris Drive apartment in the early morning of Dec. 22, startling the apartment's residents and prompting the woman's boyfriend to tackle Stoberski in the apartment. Stoberski is also charged with criminal trespass, disorderly conduct, public drunkenness and underage drinking in connection to the incident. The woman told police she awoke after 3 a.m. to find a man standing in her bedroom and rifling through her dresser drawer, according to a complaint filed by Moon Officer Weston Wagner.
