The victim told police the other driver pulled over behind him and appeared to pull out a gun.
Police were called Monday to take a road rage report on Route 65 near the Interstate 79 interchange. Police met with a driver who said another vehicle had been driving erratically and swerving in front of him multiple times starting from the Aliquippa Bridge. He said the car also began jamming on the brakes going from 20 mph to 40 mph. As they approached the I-79 interchange, police said the victim pulled off the road and the other vehicle pulled off behind him. The victim watched as the other driver began reaching into his glove box, then his groin area as if he was going to pull out a gun. An Army reservist from Moon Township's 316th Sustainment Command was charged with possessing drug paraphernalia after a struggle with his unit commander on University Boulevard. Sgt. Louis DiSanti, 26, of Erie, was found in possession of multiple syringes and a spoon on Nov. 15 at the Hampton Inn on University Boulevard, police said. When police arrived to the hotel parking lot, a commander from the 316th was restraining DiSanti, holding him to the ground in a "bear hug" after the man attempted to flee, Moon Police Officer James Kazmierczak said in a complaint. A group party-goers on College Park Drive were charged by police with underage drinking. Police arrested and charged 11 at the party with underage drinking on Sept. 8 at the 500 block of College Park Drive. Police responded to complaints of a loud party in the area, according to reports.
