Tickets for the Montour boys basketball team's fifth consecutive run at the WPIAL Class AAA playoffs are available today. Tickets will be sold today in the high school cafeteria during all three student lunches, according to information from the district. The team will play Ambridge tonight at Moon Area High School. Tickets are $4 for students and $6 for adults. No student tickets will be sold at the game.
The teams play Sunday at Tiger Stadium in Moon Township.
The Moon Crescent Athletic Association will play in the second-round of the South Suburban Youth Football League Playoffs. Teams that advance today will play in the league's super bowl, which will be hosted Nov. 17 at Moon's Tiger Stadium. Times for games are as follows: Twerps play at 10 a.m.; Termites at noon; Mighty Mites at 2 p.m., Midgets at 4 p.m., and Seniors at 6 p.m. The 9-year-old team will play at West Allegheny. All other teams will play at Tiger Stadium.
