Related experience: 25 years in the educational field, which has ranged from teaching in the classroom to oversight of staff development, accountability, curriculum development, leadership, and business management.

What is the primary reason you are running for this office? The primary reason I am running for this office is in response to a call to serve the community and its schools.

What will be your single most important priority if you get elected? To apply my professional experience and first-hand knowledge in the educational field essential to help Moon Area School District move forward in order to deliver the highest quality education while offering sound insights and guidance to problem-solve various educational matters, including fiscal challenges.

What sets you apart from the other candidates? Although I cannot speak for the other candidates, I will approach my role as school director with judicious
representation and address all circumstances and decisions for our children’s school and community prayerfully.

What's your favorite thing about the school district? My favorite thing is the genuine concern, love, and involvement by the residents for our school district and
community.

What is the biggest problem facing the school district? Based on what I have heard residents express and in addition to my observations, I would say one of our
biggest problems is lack of teamwork and effective communication within our leadership, and leadership where the head knows what the foot is doing.
