The Picture People is part of a chain of photography studios. This location is on the second level of the Mall at Robinson. The studio is also different because your portraits are ready the same day, rather than waiting for them to be developed elsewhere. Mixed bag when you go to the Picture People in Robinson. Some of the photographers are great, and some don't have the slightest idea of how to interact with young children. Also, at one visit they had to re-print the pictures several times because there was a thin line down the middle of each (we had to insist that they be re-printed). On the most recent visit they scheduled far too many appointments, and we were not seen until 40minutes after our scheduled time - and by then the children were a mess, physically and mentally.
