The Moon Township Supervisor, Jeanne Crease, was appointed by the township's board of supervisors to oversee the community's budget, manage township personnel and enforcing policy decisions. The five-member board of supervisors are elected to at-large to six-year terms on the council. The board meets at 7 p.m. on the first Wednesday of every month in the township building.
