We needed some work done on our business computers and sought estimates from different IT Support companies in Coraopolis, PA. MDofPC sent someone out who quoted us a flat fee (only for $75) for upgrading all our systems. His words were, whatever you throw at me I will fix! All our office problems got resolved at once, which was nice and we are now running the new version of accounting software on all our computers.

I have used MDofPC service several times. The tech is always available on short notice and arrives on time. He is very knowledgeable regarding every repair problem I had (Internet, computer hardware, software, printer etc.) and fixed it completely and very fast. AWESOME-One word to describe my experience. I do NOT usually write reviews (bad or good) and also hit the "no thanks" on all the surveys...but I had to give back some time to MDofPC. The guy showed up within 2 hours to respond to a Saturday afternoon call. He was on time. He is a pleasant gentleman. First class on the way. Not some weird looking, weird acting, introverted, shady, computer freak-show nerd. Even my 5 yr old son and 2 yr old daughter would not leave him alone. Under total harassment from my family, he fixed everything and saved me thousands. I hate writing these things but I could continue about how great and effective he was...the best and most effective service experience I have ever had. Totally impressed. 5 Star Rating is really not enough. A+++++++
I brought my dead laptop to the MDofPC store, and they had me back up and running in no time. Reasonable prices, and courteous employees. If I have any more trouble with my machine, I will definitely bring it back to them!
My daughter dropped her new 4th gen iTouch a day after we got it and it stopped working suddenly. After searching the web and calling around I found MDofPC to easy to use and competitive. After being told by Apple that it would take 7-10 business days to replace my hard drive; I went to MDofPC. Short wait, intelligent, personable assistance and an estimate that my computer would be repaired in 2 business days. Despite a delay in obtaining the hard drive, my computer was repaired and ready for pick-up on the two business day. My experience with MDofPC was as good as it gets.
Although returning a large computer for repair can be a real pain, my actual experiences at MDofPC are something of a miracle -- a kind and caring staff who took care of my every issue or question, and with a follow-up second to none. Never ever did I believe anyone could fix my laptop, until I came across these guys. Although I was hesitant at first, the technicians from MD of PC convinced me that they could repair my laptop, and to my surprise they did. These guys were so great! Their prices were really fair and they try to work with me as best they could. Being a college student, I needed my computer back as quickly as possible and they were totally able to deliver. They had no problem when I called to get an ETA and were able to give me a complete update. Everyone was super nice as well. A+
My computer was in bad shape and needed to be reloaded, best buy quoted $250 to repair it but MD of PC was able to have it fixed the next day and only cost me $75
