The Crafton Historical Society is the go-to source for information regarding the long and rich history of the Crafton area. The society is key in educating the public about major events and locations not only in western Pennsylvania's history, but also American history as a whole. It works in conjunction with the Crafton Public Library to educate the public and create awareness about the  town's unique place in American history. The staff is knowledgeable and enthusiastic and care, not only about Crafton, but about stories that too often go untold.
