Moon-Based Company Gives Back to the Greater Pittsburgh Community Food Bank

Employees of NOVA Chemicals participated in the Greater Pittsburgh Community Food Bank's Cereal Project as part of its global business meeting.

More than 130 NOVA Chemicals employees from throughout the world volunteered this week for the Greater Pittsburgh Community Food Bank's Cereal Project as part of their global business meeting.

The employees donated a truckload of cereal to the food bank, which they repackaged into individual family-sized bags. Within three hours, the team packaged the equivalent of about 200,000 bowls of cereal, which will be distributed throughout the 11 counties that the food bank serves in the region.

NOVA Chemicals' Moon Township location is the company's United States Commercial Center. It also has operations throughout the United States, Canada, Europe and Asia.
