Kids Kick Off Summer Reading Season at Moon Library

Radio Disney stopped by the local reading event.

Youngsters danced to the tune of Radio Disney Saturday at the summer reading program kick-off.

Families gathered for games, music and a day at the library during the annual event, where kids could register for the library's regular summertime reading program.

More than 400 residents were expected to attend the festival, which serves as the library's largest yearly event, said librarian Megan Goode.
