The proceeds from the race benefit the Susan Hofacre Memorial Scholarship Fund. Dr. Susan Hofacre was RMU's only female athletic director from 2000 until early 2005, when she passed away due to cancer. All runners of the race will receive a free t-shirt.
Prizes will be awarded to the first and second place for eight categories male & female runners, including under 12; 13-19; 20-29; 30-39; 40-49; 50-59; 60-69; and 70+ years of age or older. Advance registration (until November 1) costs $15. Registration on race day is $15 and will take place at the Joe Walton Stadium Plaza from 8-8:45 am.
