Moon Area School District Introduces New Assistant Principal

The board conducted a shortened meeting last night due to adverse weather conditions.

The last night shortened its monthly meeting due to a power outage in its high school meeting room.

The electricity went off in the room just as the meeting was to begin. The board moved the meeting to the administrative office lobby and passed each agenda item in one motion with limited discussion.

The board introduced new assistant principal Ashley Porter at the meeting as well as several new teachers who will begin in the district this fall.
