Moon Area High School Marching Band to Host Competition

Ten bands will perform in the second Annual Pennsylvania Interscholastic Marching Band Association (PIMBA) competition.

The Moon Area High School Marching Band is set to host their second Annual Pennsylvania Interscholastic Marching Band Association (PIMBA) competition.

The competition begins at 5:45 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 28 at Tiger Stadium with the awards ceremony at 9 p.m. 

Bands scheduled to compete include Blackhawk, East Allegheny, Fox Chapel, Leechburg, McGuffey, Penn-Trafford, Rochester, Serra and Southmoreland. Moon Area will also perform. 

Tickets will be available at the gate for $8/adults and $4/students and senior citizens.
