KDKA-TV Honors Moon Area High School Senior with "Extra Effort Award"
The station presented the award to Matt McCready for excellence in academics, athletics and community volunteer projects.
KDKA-TV's Bob Pompeani presented the Allegheny General Hospital Sports Medicine Extra Effort Award to senior Matt McCready on Thursday in front of the entire student body.
McCready received the award for maintaining a 4.1 grade point average while participating in tennis, soccer and volunteer programs. KDKA-TV also presented a $200 check to .
