Silver Scholars basic computers classes

As part of its Silver Scholars Computer Program, Moon Township Public Library offers the two-session class Basic Computers 1 & 2. Designed for those older than 50, the class provides hands-on experience using Windows. The first session, which meets 9:30 to 11:30 a.m. Jan. 13, will cover computer basics, including how to turn the computer on, basic functions of the mouse, how to open programs, search menus and more. The second session, 9:30 to 11:30 a.m. Jan. 20, will review the basics and explore the keyboard. Class is limited to 10 and costs $40. Call Silver Scholars to register at 412-283-0105.
