Bon Meade: Next PTC Meeting

We will need a volunteer to act as Nominations Chairperson for the upcoming PTC elections in April.  That person would be responsible for sending Mrs.Willcock the updated Nomination Form and collecting all responses immediately following the March meeting. This person would also need to contact all Nominees to ask them if they would accept the nomination prior to the April PTC meeting.  At the April PTC Meeting, the Nominations Chairperson would be responsible for collecting ballots, counting ballots and announcing the results.  The Nominations Chairperson is not eligible to be nominated for a Board position.  All forms will be provided to you electronically and you would need to update with your contact information.  Please contact Jennifer Daugherty or Sherri Perfett prior to March's meeting if you are interested in this position.
