2012 Moon Grads to Attend College Beyond Pittsburgh Region
A look at where the latest group of Moon Area High School graduates are heading after college.
Members of class of 2012 will travel as far as Washington, Florida and Ontario to attend college.
More than 230 students from the class plan to attend post-secondary education, according to a preliminary list provided by the .
Thirty-four students will attend the Community College of Allegheny County, while 15 are enrolled at the University of Pittsburgh and another 15 at Penn State University's main campus.

Students have also announced plans to enlist in the U.S. Army, Marines and Air Force. The district held a for the new alums on June 15.
