Third Building Planned in Pittsburgh International Business Park

Moon supervisors approve bond reduction requests for the development.

Members of the Moon Board of Supervisors approved two bond reduction requests for the Pittsburgh International Business Park's planned building 100. 

The bond requests, in the amounts of $72,332.90 to $950,293.81 and $81,483.10 to $1,413,801.90, were approved Wednesday in a 3-to-0 vote by supervisors.

Developers Continental Real Estate and Chaska Property Advisers, both of Cranberry, are expected to break ground on the third building in the Pittsburgh International Business Park this spring. The development is located near the site of the Cherrington Business Park.

Crews broke ground on the development in November 2012. Construction is now underway on the project's $50 million initial phase. When completed, the 40-acre property will house an eight-building development.
