New Nearby: Moon Engineering Firm Hired by Ross Township

Art Gazdik had worked for the township for 13 years.

Ross Township Commissioners accepted the resignation Monday of Township Engineer Art Gazdik, effective immediately.

Gazdik had worked for the township for 13 years. It was not immediately known why he resigned. 

Commissioner Pete Ferraro said Gazdik submitted his resignation letter after returning from a two-week vacation.

The board voted 9-0 to hire JMT of Moon Township to handle engineering work for the township at a cost of $125 an hour.
