MCA-TV Awarded Comcast Grant

The grant is aimed at supporting local community access television stations.

has received a $5,878 grant from Comcast of Pennsylvania. 

The agreement was awarded to the public access station as a part of the township's newly signed 2011 franchise agreement with Comcast.

The grant will be used to fund MCA-TV as well as the township's new , Moon Area Government Television, which launched Aug. 3.

MCA-TV airs locally on channel 14 and Verizon FiOS channel 25. airs on Comcast channel 37 and and Verizon FiOS channel 37.
