Former Monroeville Manager Hired to Replace Bibro in Robinson

Robinson commissioners have hired Jeff Silka to serve as manager.

Robinson commissioners hired former Monroeville manager Jeff Silka to the role of township manager, replacing outgoing manager Aaron Bibro.

The Post-Gazette reports commissioners hired Silka in a 5-to-0 vote Wednesday at a salary of $83,500. Silka, 46, most recently served as manager of Monroeville, and resigned over a conflict with council members, according to the newspaper.

Bibro will leave his position as township manager on April 1 to serve as manager of Hatfield Township, located outside of Philadelphia.
