Broadhead Road Bridge Replacement Plans Display Wednesday
PennDOT District 11 is announcing a public plans display and presentation for proposed project to replace the bridge that carries Route 3077 (Broadhead Road) over Flaugherty Run in Moon Township, Allegheny County, will be held on Wednesday, April 27.
The bridge is west of the Flaugherty Run Road (Route 3089) intersection. The proposed project, tentatively scheduled for a construction start in spring 2012, will replace the structurally deficient bridge with a new structure. Traffic will be maintained during construction, although a large truck detour will be necessary.
The purpose of the display is to present project plans, details and schedule information. Input and feedback from attendees will be accepted.
