Watch: Moon Police Chief Discusses Indecent Exposure Incidents on the Montour Trail

Moon Police are investigating an unknown man who allegedly exposes himself to females on a Moon Township portion of trail.

Moon police need the public’s help in identifying a "person of interest" in connection with four indecent exposure complaints in July on the Montour Trail.

Moon police Chief Leo McCarthy described the section of trail in the township where an unknown man has allegedly exposed himself at least four times to unsuspecting female walkers and joggers. (See attached video.)

The department received four complaints of a nude male who stands atop a rocky hillside and shouts down to get the attention of his startled victims.
