Three Injured in International Drive Crash

Three people were taken to an area hospital after suffering minor injuries.

Three people were injured just before noon today after a two-vehicle crash on International Drive. 

One man sustained a minor head injury after his Hyundai Sonata collided with a Honda Civic as the vehicles exited westbound off International Drive onto Interstate 376 West. 

The man was transported to following the crash. Two women in the Honda were also taken to Heritage Valley after complaining of chest pains.

Cpl. Ray Gallagher said emergency officials at first thought they would have to extricate a female passenger from the Honda, but instead were able to slide her out of a door. 

The intersection is now open to motorists.
