State Police Looking for Corrections Escapee from Bellevue

Police said Bellevue resident Richard Moore, also known as Charles Smith, failed to return to Gateway Braddock Community Corrections.

Pennsylvania State Police are looking for an inmate who failed to return Wednesday to Gateway Braddock Community Corrections after receiving an authorized pass to the PennDOT and Department of Welfare offices.

State police said Richard Moore, 42, of 245 North Balph Ave., Apartment 2, Bellevue, also known as "Charles Smith," is currently serving time for fleeing or attempting to elude officers.

Police said Moore has an extensive criminal history that includes making terroristic threats, assault, and reckless endangerment.

State police have a warrant for escape out for Moore. He is described as
6 foot 2, and weighing 200 pounds.

I'm having trouble deciphering/accessing complete posts above. I have not been able to follow theRead More Boards meetings since relocating a year ago to TN. The fact that it took them til 3 am to ok WalMart's plans for the space, makes me think it was contentious, as it should have been. Many of us with experience of WalMart and the existing problems with traffic in the area remain appalled to hear WalMart's moving ahead.
