Robinson Police: Men Charged with Defiant Trespass, Theft

Robinson Township Police responded to the following recent incidents and made the following recent arrests. Each item is a reflection of police records and does not indicate guilt or a conviction. 

  • Stacy Salisbury, 38, of Masontown, was charged with three counts of drug possession Jan. 12 in the parking lot at the Mall at Robinson. 
  • Thomas Harbarger, 31, of Carmichael, was charged with retail theft, receiving stolen property, and possessing instruments of crime Jan. 12 in the parking lot at the Mall at Robinson. 
  • Kelly Sell, 35, of Pittsburgh, was charged with theft by unlawful taking on Jan. 12 related to items reported stolen from DSW Shoe Warehouse. 
  • Zachary Moore, 19, of Morgan, was charged with loitering and prowling at night, theft by unlawful taking, receiving stolen property and defiant trespass on Jan. 11 on Campbells Run Road. 
  • Nicholas Hines, 20, of Morgan, was charged with loitering and prowling at night, theft by unlawful taking, receiving stolen property, conspiracy, defiant trespass, and carrying a prohibited offensive weapon on Jan. 11 on Campbells Run Road.
