Robinson Police: Arrests for Terroristic Threats, Heroin Possession

Robinson Township Police blotter for Thursday, Nov. 8.

Robinson Township Police made the following recent arrests and responded to the following recent incidents. Each item is a reflection of police records and does not indicate guilt or a conviction. 

  • Matthew Mitchell, 33, of West Virginia, was charged with two counts of heroin possession and possession of drug paraphernalia, on Oct. 31. He was first arrested in connection to the incident on Sept. 30 outside of Kohl's on Steubenville Pike. 
  • Cassandra Rusnak, 26, of Coraopolis, was charged with possession of marijuana at 4:30 p.m. Oct. 30 on Country Club Drive. 
  • Theodore Rogers, 22, of Pittsburgh, was charged with simple assault, harassment, and making terroristic threats Nov. 3 at the Mall at Robinson. Police said Rogers harassed a mall employee and threatened him with a knife, according to a criminal complaint.
