Robinson Firefighters Battle Apartment Complex Fire

One firefighter reportedly suffered minor injuries Saturday at a fire in Robinson Township, according to KDKA.

Firefighters responded shortly before 5 p.m. to an apartment complex fire on Ventana Drive.

Initial reports were that eight apartments were involved, with at least a partial collapse, KDKA said.

Witnesses say a few men were on the scene alerting residents and kicking down doors of threatened units to help clear the scene, especially of pets.

It is unclear what started the fire.
