Resident Reports $2,000 Theft from Vehicle

said items valued at more than $2,100 were reported missing last month from a vehicle on Forest Green Drive.

A resident reported a set of golf clubs, a GPS system and other golf equipment stolen from her vehicle in the 300 block of Forest Green Drive. The owner said the items were valued at about $2,129. The incident was reported Sept. 20. 

Police said in a report that they found no evidence of forced entry into the vehicle. No one has been charged in connection to the incident.

Other recent police incidents:  made the following arrests in the township. The following information reflects police records and is not an indication of guilt. 

  • Police charged 19 people with underage drinking at midnight Sunday on Lee Drive. Police also responded to the incident. 
  • April Jean Eichenberg, 39, of Ambridge, was charged with two counts of driving under the influence of a controlled substance and careless driving at 2:40 a.m. Sept. 22 on Interstate 376 West. Eichenberg was taken into police custody after a one-vehicle crash on the Interstate 376 West Business Loop near Ewing Road.
