A Coraopolis man was charged recently with three counts each of theft by deception, forgery, receiving stolen property, and access device fraud.
Moon Police said Joshua T. Blatz, 19, of Fourth Avenue, used a stolen credit card three times to order a total of $390.29 in food deliveries from Kiyoshi Japanese Restaurant in March and April.
The restaurant was charged for the purchases and the dispute process led to a lag in reporting the matter. Blatz was charged July 21.
