Police Charge Woman with Crack-Cocaine Possession

Moon Police made the following recent arrests in the township. Each incident reflects police records and is not an indication of guilt.

A Moon woman was charged yesterday with two counts of felony child endangerment after police said they found crack-cocaine in her home. 

Danielle Aliscia Harley, 36, of Moon, was also charged with two counts of prohibited acts at 7 p.m. yesterday on the 1800 block of Montour Street.

Officers said they found two metal crack pipes, illegal prescription drugs and a bag of crack-cocaine in her apartment. 

Harley was taken to the Allegheny County Jail following her arrest. A preliminary hearing date in Coraopolis District Court is not yet available.

  • Kirk Robert Jenkins, 36, of Moon, was charged with theft by unauthorized taking and simple assault at 1 p.m. June 17. The location of the arrest was unavailable. 
  • Stephen Warfield Bailey, 32, of Moon, was charged with second-degree criminal mischief at 11 p.m. June 18 on Sharon Road.
