Police Charge Residents with DUI, Criminal Conspiracy

Moon Township Police blotter for Wednesday, Nov. 23.

made the following recent arrests in the township. Each incident reflects police records and is not an indication of guilt.

  • Christina Elaine Cook, 18, of Coraopolis, was charged with two counts of driving under the influence of alcohol, underage drinking and being a minor driving while drunk at 2:30 a.m. Nov. 11 on Beaver Grade Road.
  • Daniel George Daugherty, 50, of Moon, was charged with driving on the right side of the road, careless driving and driving under the influence of a controlled substance at 5:30 p.m. Nov. 14 on Autumn Woods Drive. 
  • Josh A. Hobdy, 48, of Moon, was charged with criminal conspiracy and making false reports to law enforcement officers at 1 a.m. Oct. 26 at the intersection of Thorn Run Road Ext. and Rouser Road. 
  • Joanne E. Baskins, 50, of Moon, was charged with making false reports to law enforcement officers, criminal conspiracy and driving with a suspended license at 1 a.m. Oct. 26 at the intersection of Thorn Run Road Ext. and Rouser Road. 
  • Hakeem Lateef Cambell, 36, of Moon, was charged with driving under the influence of a controlled substance Nov. 13 on Shafer Drive. The time of the incident was unavailable. Police charged him after a one-vehicle crash at the 130 block of Shafer Road.
