Moon Police made the following recent arrests in the township. Each incident reflects police records and is not an indication of guilt.
- Adam James Filippone, 31, of Moon, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol at midnight March 24 at the intersection of Beaver Grade and University Boulevard.
- Matthew Raymond Forte, 19, of Aliquippa, was charged with possession of a small amount of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia at 12:30 p.m. March 23 on Sharon Road.
- Erik Dale Yurochko, 31, of Moon, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol at 3 a.m. March 18 on Forest Green Drive.
- Jon Lewis Pentland, 75, of Moon, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol at 7 p.m. March 15 on Beaver Grade Road.
- Derek Joseph Faix, 19, of Coraopolis, was charged with three counts of driving under the influence of alcohol and underage drinking at 3:30 a.m. March 19 on University Boulevard.
