Moon Police Make Drunk Driving, Drug Possession, Domestic Violence Arrests
Police blotter for Feb. 3.
Moon Police made the following recent arrests in the township. Each incident reflects police records and is not an indication of guilt.
- David J. Cypher, 46, of McKees Rocks, was charged with driving while operating privilege is suspended or revoked, as well as drug and drug paraphernalia possession on Dec. 23 at 12:20 a.m. Cypher was arrested after causing an accident with another vehicle on Montour Run Road.
- Valerie R. Fryer, 38, of Coraopolis, was charged for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia on Jan. 21 at 3:20 p.m on Baintree Road.
- James David Fryer, 42, of Moon, was charged with a third offense of driving under the influence of a substance, possession of a small amount of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia on Jan. 21 at 3:20 p.m. on Baintree Road.
- AJ Powell, 62, of Moon, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol on Jan. 28 at 12:30 a.m. on Business Route 376.
- Linda Lee Blan, 49, of Moon, was charged with simple assault domestic violence on Jan. 31 at 8:40 p.m.
