Moon Police made the following recent arrests in the township. Each incident reflects police records and is not an indication of guilt.
- Richard Nolte, 51, was charged with driving with a suspended license, driving under the influence of a controlled substance and failure to use proper traffic signals Sept. 7.
- Williams Zier, 52, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol following a two-vehicle crash Sept. 8 on Brodhead Road. His address was unavailable.
- Harry Huellen, 66, of Heildelburg, was charged with theft by deception Sept. 12. The location of the arrest was unavailable.
