The man, later identified as Seretti, was ordered to stop and place his hands on his vehicle. Through questions, police learned Seretti had a gun in his front waistband that belonged to his father and he didn’t have a permit to carry.

Police said Seretti’s girlfriend of a few months had just broken up with him that day and was at the Cadillac Ranch having dinner with a friend, when Seretti came in and tried to get her to leave with him.

When she wouldn’t leave, police said he dragged her from the restaurant. An unidentified man came to intervene and police said Seretti flashed a gun and continued dragging her.

Seretti was released from Allegheny County Jail after posting $25,000 bond, according to court records. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for Aug. 27 before District Judge Carla Swearingen.
